Magnolia Cottage is a self-contained farmhouse that has been beautifully restored and is ideal for your quiet country getaway. The house sleeps up to 6 people offering one queen bed, one double bed with ensuite and two single beds. There is large bathroom with separate toilet. This cottage is located close to the village of Kangaroo Valley and takes advantage of exclusive views of the mountains and vast Barrengarry Farmland.

The wide verandahs around the house take in magnificent 360 degree views over fields and the escarpment. In Winter warm up in front of the cosy wood fire. Firewood is provided between May and September and upon arrival you will find the fire place set ready to light. The country style furnishings and kitchen take you back in time, while you still have all the modern comforts.

Just what the doctor ordered! This was a chance to grab a change of scenery during Covid times. Absolutely perfect – countryside, fireplace, history, wildlife. A reminder of how lucky we are here in Australia. Magnolia Cottage, the Museum and other cottages are immaculate and leave nothing wanting. Fantastic attention to detail. Thank you for a much needed break.

Amazing views, very relaxing couple of days. The surrounds are just perfect to visit and enjoyed. We ventured out to see the wombats at Bendeela Campground and it was worth the 5 minutes drive down the road. We loved the fire and the boys loved the “outhouse”. We would love to come back with friends to share the enjoyment of this great cottage.

We had a wonderful mid-week girls getaway. The house is perfect and all details have been taken care of and the location if beautiful. Out host Barry, does a wonderful job maintaining the grounds and relaxing guests. We all felt very much at home, especially at the lovely verandah overlooking the grounds, the birds and the view. – We will be back!!
